How it works
Remote support, explained plainly
- 1. We get you set up. We install our monitoring and support agent on your computer, usually in one short remote session.
- 2. It watches quietly. Disk health, updates, antivirus status and performance are checked around the clock.
- 3. Weekly maintenance. Cleanups and optimization run on a schedule so the machine doesn't slowly bog down.
- 4. You call, we connect. When something goes wrong, we can be looking at your screen in minutes instead of you loading the computer into the car.
What remote support can't do
We'll always tell you when a problem needs hands on the hardware — a failing drive, a cracked screen, a dead power supply. In those cases, bring the machine to the shop. In-shop repairs begin with the $120 upfront diagnostic fee; Home-IT covers remote labor, not physical parts or bench work.
