Steven started the business in 2003 out of the family home near Oakland, Nebraska, and moved it to Bellevue to serve the military community and the wider Omaha area.

No — walk-ins are welcome during business hours. Booking a drop-off time ahead means you're in and out faster.

What kinds of computers do you repair?+

As a general guide, most software and hardware repairs run 5–8 business days, virus and malware clean-ups are typically 1–3 business days, and custom-ordered parts usually arrive in 2–3 days. Faster return is available on request for a fee. Data recovery timing varies — call us to talk it through.
