Your ticket number is on the receipt we gave you at drop-off and in your confirmation email. If you can't find it, call the shop and we'll look it up by name and phone number.

A note on timing
Most software and hardware repairs run 5–8 business days; virus clean-ups are usually 1–3. We call you before doing any work beyond the diagnosis, so if you haven't heard from us yet, your machine is still being worked through.
